Vampires and Being Yourself
| August 23, 2011 | Posted by Hajra under Uncategorized |
I wish I could go on about this but I just did somewhere else!
I talk about a topic very close to my heart – being yourself and making your own choices. Now how many of us have had that trouble – trying for that “cool” tag , conforming to things we don’t like and just tagging along to Vampire Movies because everyone seems to be loving it.
But what if you have other choices, what if you are totally different and what if you want to be your own person.
I wrote a guest post for the amazing Stuart Mills at Unlock the Door that talks about being yourself and just being comfortable with what you are. Because you are just perfect!
Do check it out, would love your views on the topic!
I absolutely loved this guest post of yours, Hajra! I could completely relate and left another comment over there on Stu's blog! =) I just love our blogging community!!
Aren't you the loveliest! Thanks so much... off to see your comment :)
I left a comment : )
Thanks so much! It was lovely :) Replied! Enjoying?
So what is B. Dorman's post?
Here it is! http://lifeforinstance.com/2011/08/22/how-does-your-friendship-grow/ The comments are like miles long!
Wrote a note at the amazing Stuart Mill's blog! :)
Thanks Paula! Will respond to it now :)
Well Hajra, I have no problem just being myself. I'm a take it or leave it kind of gal myself. I'll be sure to stop by though and check out your post since you have been so very kind to help and vote for Carolyn. Thank you for that too! Congrats on the guest post, they are always so awesome to have on that list on things you've accomplished.
Hey Adrienne, That's such a nice thing to hear. For some, getting caught under the pressure of peer and society becomes a tough task and they are then caught in this big scare of identity loss and loss of self confidence. They somehow lose themselves within the crowd. Carolyn is a lovely blogger and her blog HAS to win! It deserved to.. :) Thanks so much. I hope to see you at Stuart's blog! Take Care, Cheers!
'Make sense' - I don't do that enough ;-)
Was it too wordy? I sometimes dribble on when I can cut down on my sentencing...
I think combining your capacity for comments, Bill, with Lori's capacity for comments, you had that immense amount of comments :-)
Comment analyzer super blogger Stuart to the rescue! ;)
That's me, I analyse your comments for free! :-)
You just gave me an idea. We could do a post on "the best comments ever" or "what makes a great comment / commentator". @bdorman264:disqus will beat us to it though..
Great to have you over my place Hajra, thanks for writing that amazing post! :-)
It was wonderful writing it! Thanks for giving me the opportunity :)
Coz your brilliant! :) Simple.
Thanks! But your GP beats the crap out of everything else this week, or maybe the crap out of every GP ever! :)
