On the morning of 17th December 2012, I woke up to news of a horrendous crime done yet again. A rape case in Delhi. I have lived in the city for a year, studied there, worked there and a lot of people have telling me to write about it on my blog. So finally, I do it. Just hours after the victim breathed her last.

Most of you here know that I have lived most of my life in a foreign country – lived the life of an expat. I live in UAE, but I am originally from India. I was born in India, but moved to the UAE when I was 5. Shifted back to India for higher studies and came back to the UAE after seven years of education and work.
